Out of Print...Sam Adams was born in Gilfach Goch, Glamorgan in 1934. His first book of poems 'The Boy Inside' appeared in 1973. He wrote the essay on Geraint Goodwin in the Writers of Wales series and edited (with Roland Mathias) both Goodwins Collected Short Stories and The Shining Pyramid and Other Stories. He is a former editor of Poetry Wales and Chairman of the English Language section of YrAcademi Gymreig. His work as poet and critic has appeared in all the leading Anglo-Welsh magazines.
