Out Of Print... Gilli Davies is passionate about food. She believes good fresh ingredients, well prepared, bring health and happiness. In Wales we have access to abundant local produce, and Gilli celebrates their quality in both traditional and contemporary styles. She is a fully-qualified 'cordon bleu' cook with twenty-five years experience working with good food and inspiring cooks. Author of six hooks, editor of national newspaper columns and food supplements, well known television cook and contributor to many food publications, over the past few years Gilli has worked with Rhondda Health Trust to create cookery courses for communities where cookery skills have been lost. Gilli lives with her family in an old farmhouse in the Vale of Glamorgan, where she gives cookery demonstrations in her spare time.
